Cyclotron Records offers free ground shipping on
all domestic orders over $50. This is based on the
order total before tax. This offer
does not apply to orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska,
or any non-US country. If we cannot fill your order
completely and need to send a partial shipment,
you will still receive free shipping.
Shipping Information
We will ship your merchandise via whatever method
you specify on the order form. We use USPS as
our carrier for most shipments.
Most in stock items are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.
If more than 50% or your order is out of stock, we will notify you prior to shipping the other portion of your order. If 50% or more of your order is in stock, we will ship what we have. A lot of our stock comes from small records labels and labels groups and it often takes several days to restock an item. As always, we will do our best to fill your order up to 100%.
Return / Refund Policy
If an item has a manufacturer's defect or shipping damage, we must be notified within 3 working days from the received date. In the case of shipping damage, customers must be willing to aid us in filling a damage report to USPS or whatever shipping company was used.
When returning products, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You must assume responsibility for insuring the returned item.
We will not be responsible for damage incurred due to mishandling of goods, and the shipping company will be responsible for any damage incurred.
Exchanges for any reason other than manufacturer's defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
