****BACK IN STOCK**** Mostly known in Europe as a Turntablist outfit, Sjam & The Waxwankerz present 'Clocktave', a turntablist scratch tool, specifically designed for melodic scratching with the newest types fo analog and digital turntables. It's a simple but smart tool concept. The idea is this: pressing notes, ascending notescales to be exact on a vinyl record. Not only that, but the octaves of the scales have to be divided exactly between one rotation of a record. This way you'd emember the position of every note. You could play melodies while scratching, scratch while playing melodies. Basically you could play melodies using your turntable. Brilliant! The named the concept 'Clocktave' because the note markers can be read as a clock: every note has it's fixed position, regardless of whether it's in a high or low octave.
