Order Status
Here are some tips on what your order status means:

Pending: This means your order has not yet been picked (meaning the records have not been set aside for your order yet).

PayPal Processing: This means you used PayPal as your payment source and we are verifying that the payment went through properly.

Processing: This means your order is in the process of being picked. If some of your order is currently sold out, we might wait a day or two to see if the records come back in stock before sending out a partial shipment. Our goal is to ship you as close to 100% of your order as we can get.

Shipped: This means your order has successfully shipped and you would have received an e-mail stating if there were any unshipped items and, if so, what the adjusted charges are.

On Hold: An order can be placed on hold for various reasons. It's best to check the details of the order to find out the reasons why it is on hold. If there was a problem with payment, you should try to clear this up soon so that we can finish the order. Otherwise, it will be cancelled after 2-3 weeks.

Cancelled: Orders can be cancelled by us either for non-payment, duplicate orders, all items ordered are out of stock, or more than 50% of the order is out of stock. Additionally, customers may choose to cancel orders for various reasons.

Partially Shipped: This means we shipped more than 50% of your order and will ship the remainder of what we have, free of charge, when it comes available again. We usually do this when a record is currently sold out but we know that it will be in stock very soon.
